When you join the waitlist we store your name, work email address, the role you select and the time you signed up. We do not collect anything else from the form.
Why we collect it
We use these details only to contact you about the BoardRev private beta, including your invite and occasional product updates while the beta is running.
Legal basis
We process your details on the basis of the consent you give by ticking the box on the form. You can withdraw that consent at any time.
How long we keep it
We keep waitlist details until the private beta ends or until you ask us to delete them, whichever comes first.
Sharing
We do not sell or share your details with third parties for marketing. Our hosting and email providers process data on our behalf under standard data processing terms.
Your rights
You can ask to see, correct or delete the details we hold about you at any time. Email privacy@boardrev.com and we will respond within 30 days.
